Turkey Breakfast Sausage

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Ground Turkey Breast
  • ¾ Cup Diced Unpeeled Pear
  • ¾ Cup Finely Chopped Red Bell Pepper
  • ½ Cup Finely Chopped Red Onion
  • ¼ Cup Chopped Cilantro
  • 1 Teaspoon Sage
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ Teaspoon Allspice
  • ½ Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
  • Dash EVOO

Directions

  1. Combined the first 10 ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Shape into 8 (½ inch thick) patties.
  3. Heat 1/5 tsp oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add patties cook 4 minutes, turn over and cook 3 minutes or until done.
  5. Remove patties from pan, drain on paper towels.
