No Bake Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • • 1 scoop No Whey
  • • 1 cup Gluten Free oats
  • • 1/2 cup natural almond butter (I used fresh ground)
  • • 1/4 cup honey or 1 tsp liquid stevia
  • • 1 TBSP melted coconut oil
  • • 1 TBSP Chia seeds
  • • 2 TBSP Flax seed meal
  • • 3 TBSP Lily’s chocolate (sweetened with stevia) or Carob chips
  • • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • 2. Place in the refrigerator and chill for 30 minutes.
  • 3. Remove and using your hands, mold a spoon full at a time into balls.
  • 4. Place bites back into the refrigerator and store for the week.
