The Fitness Center is now offering Classes!

Yoga, Cardio, and Strength classes are now offered. Make sure to check back frequently to see the new classes as they are offered.

Yoga Classes every Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm.

*Please note Thursday classes will be a beginner class!*

Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation. It helps to improve health and happiness. Yoga is the Sanskrit work for union. Physical benefits of yoga include: increased flexibility, increased muscle strength and tone, improved respiration, energy and vitality, maintaining a balanced metabolism, weight reduction, cardio and circulatory health, improved athletic performance and protection from injury.

Yoga classes are taught by Mark Sawyer a 500-hour Yoga Instructor and Melissa Le Roy a 200 hour Yoga Instructor.

Cardio Flow Class will be Monday 9am & 6pm and Thursday at 8am

A low intensity cardio class choreographed to fun up beat music designed for beginners and the workout enthusiast, Zumba inspired dance moves with a little bit of fitness to keep things interesting.

Classes will be instructed by Heather Grigg. Heather is a personal trainer, Zumba instructor and group fitness instructor.

Total Body Ball Training Class will be Monday and Thursday at 1:30pm

Ball Class is to define and strengthen your body in this awesome total body ball training class. This workout is designed to strengthen and condition your muscles, especially back and core muscles.  The class format utilizes the stability ball throughout for total-body muscle sculpting. This class continuously challenges participants with exercises that use either body weight only, hand weights and tubing to tone your upper body also.All fitness levels are welcome!

Ball Class will be taught by Melissa Le Roy, Dr. Joseph V. Picone’s Assistant, Yoga Instructor, TRX Instructor, Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer.

Full Body Burn class Wednesday 9am and Saturday 9am

A body based workout for the entire body, designed to accommodate both beginners and the workout enthusiast.

Body Extension class Friday 9am

A workout that incorporates stretches, balance exercises and poses to help strengthen the entire body. This class is done in a very relaxing and calming environment.
