Your first class is FREE!

Boot Camp

Boot Camp is for all ages and levels of fitness.

The Instructor provides individualized attention to see that you are using the correct form and modifications necessary for you to obtain the best results possible, without resulting in injury or pain. Class will include a journal, which participants will bring to each class for review.

Accountability is how you will see results. Classes will be held twice a week.

And yes, there is “homework.” True lifestyle change cannot be obtained in only two days of effort. A fun, varied exercise program with individualized instruction and accountability so that you can obtain the results you are looking for. 

Classes are offered Monday & Wednesday at 8:15am / Tuesday & Thursday at 6:15am

Athletic Performance Training

We specialize in youth athletic training.

The athletic arena has never been more competitive. This program offers you the opportuni-ty to get a leg up on your competition by increasing your speed, agility, strength, and stami-na. We work with your specific sport/skill in mind and create a plan accordingly. 

We specialize in youth athletic training. Not only does this offer a competitive edge, but it minimizes the risk of injury. This type of training is often underutilized as coaches typically do not have the time to train both the sport and athleticism. Let us help give your youth athlete the competitive advantage, while also imparting life long healthy lifestyle habits.

Personal Training

Now offering one on one training!

One on one training is a great method to receive complete, focused, and precise coaching to obtain your personal goals. We will work with you to develop a specific goal-based training program that will align you with your objectives. We go above and beyond to offer a com-plete picture and package, assigning workouts on days you are not meeting with your trainer.

Total Body Ball Class

The Ball Strength Class is to define and strengthen your body in this awesome total body ball training class.

This workout is designed to strengthen and condition your muscles, especially back and core muscles.

The class format utilizes the stability ball throughout for total-body muscle sculpting. This class continuously challenges participants with exercises that use either body weight only, hand weights and tubing to tone your upper body also.

All fitness levels are welcome!

Classes are offered Monday and Thursday at 1:30pm

Yoga

Yoga is a physical practice that focuses on stretching exercises to build flexibility and relax the body.

Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation. It helps to improve health and happiness. Yoga is the Sanskrit work for union.

Physical benefits of yoga include: increased flexibility, increased muscle strength and tone, improved respiration, energy and vitality, maintaining a balanced metabolism, weight reduction, cardio and circulatory health, improved athletic performance and protection from injury.

Yoga also builds strength, coordination, balance and stamina.

TRX Suspension Training

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.

It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer (yellow and black bands), a performance-training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.
