Individual Brownie

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
  • 2 Tablespoons Water
  • ¼ Teaspoon Vanilla or Mint Extract
  • Dash of Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Stevia
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 4 Tablespoons Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, melt the butter in the microwave.
  2. Add Stevia and whisk to dissolve.
  3. Add water, vanilla or mint, salt and whisk well.
  4. Add cocoa powder, whisk well.
  5. Add flour, whisk well.
  6. Microwave for 60 to 90 seconds. Center should be slightly molten. Be careful not to overcook.
  7. Enjoy! Careful brownie will be very hot.
