Crockpot Spicy Asian Beef Ribs
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 3/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 3-4 scallions, diced
- 2 TBSP gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste)
- 1 TBSP honey
- 2 to 3 beef short ribs
- Serve with brown rice
- Whisk together all ingredients and pour over ribs in the crockpot.
- Cook all day on low.
- Serve with brown rice and additional scallions.
