Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cooked and Shredded
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Pepper
  • ½ Teaspoon Paprika
  • 2/3 Cup Plain Greek Yoghurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise (Optional)
  • 1½ Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Cup Celery
  • 4 Slices Cooked and Crumbled Uncured Turkey Bacon (Optional)
  • 4 Green Onions, Sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons Chives

Directions

  1. Add shredded chicken to a large bowl and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  2. Add yogurt, mayo and mustard, tossing well to coat.
  3. Fold in the celery, bacon, chives and green onions.
  4. Taste and season more if desired.
