Biscuits & Gravy
Ingredients
- 2 Cups All Purpose Gluten Free Flour
- 7 Tablespoons Dry Milk
- 1½ Teaspoon Baking Powder
- ¼ Teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 8 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, Chilled and Chopped
- 1.5 Pounds Sausage
- ¼ Cup Gluten Free Flour
- 6 Ounces Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream (Optional)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix flour, nonfat dry milk, baking powder, baking soda and salt, mix well.
- Add the chopped butter and toss to coat the dry ingredients. Flatten each chuck of butter between your fingers.
- Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients, add the milk and mix until the dough begins to come together.
- Place dough on floured surface to knead roll out and cut the dough.
- Chill in freezer for 10 minutes.
- Remove biscuits from freezer and place in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
