Rosemary Chicken Salad
- 2/3 cup chopped cooked skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted red pepper
- 1.5 TBSP Greek Yogurt
- 1 TBSP chopped fresh rosemary
- A dash each of sea salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Gently stir all ingredients together. Serve over 2 cups of your choice of greens. Enjoy!
