Rosemary Chicken Salad


  • 2/3 cup chopped cooked skinless chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted red pepper
  • 1.5 TBSP Greek Yogurt
  • 1 TBSP chopped fresh rosemary
  • A dash each of sea salt, garlic powder, and pepper.


  1. Gently stir all ingredients together. Serve over 2 cups of your choice of greens. Enjoy!
