Quinoa Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup No Whey Pea Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup organic almond butter
  • 2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup organic mulberries
  • 3/4 tsp Organic liquid stevia

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl (except for berries) and combine well
  2. Add dried mulberries and gently mix through
  3. Roll mixture into 20 balls
  4. Refrigerate for an hour before enjoying!
