Orange Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 1-2 scoops of No Whey protein powder
  • 2 cups gluten free rolled oats
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 2 oranges, zested (4 teaspoons)
  • 10 drops of liquid stevia
  • 1 teaspoon snipped fresh thyme

Directions

  1. In large bowl stir together milk, oats, yogurt, coconut, protein, orange zest, stevia, and thyme. Divide among 6 small mason jars. Cover; chill overnight.
