Orange Overnight Oatmeal
- 2 cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- 1-2 scoops of No Whey protein powder
- 2 cups gluten free rolled oats
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 2 oranges, zested (4 teaspoons)
- 10 drops of liquid stevia
- 1 teaspoon snipped fresh thyme
- In large bowl stir together milk, oats, yogurt, coconut, protein, orange zest, stevia, and thyme. Divide among 6 small mason jars. Cover; chill overnight.
