Kebabs

Ingredients

  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Rutabaga
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Turnip
  • 1 Eggplant
  • 2 inch Fresh ginger, peeled
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • ½ cup Tamari
  • 2 cups Water
  • ½ tsp Cayenne
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1 tsp Oregano

Directions

  1. Clean and cut the vegetables into chunks
  2. Blend ginger, garlic, tamari, and water with cayenne, basil and oregano in blender and pour over vegetables in bowl
  3. Marinate overnight in refrigerator
  4. Put onto skewers and cook in oven or grill
