Ginger Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 2 cups plain almonds
- 1 cup dates
- 2 TBSP blackstrap molasses
- 1 scoop No Whey
- 1 tsp fresh minced ginger
- 1 tsp ground allspice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- Shredded coconut for rolling, optional
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a food processor.
- Mix until blended and smooth, a dough ball will form.
- Wet hands and roll into balls.
- If using coconut roll balls into coconut layer.
- Refrigerate and enjoy.
