Ginger Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain almonds
  • 1 cup dates
  • 2 TBSP blackstrap molasses
  • 1 scoop No Whey
  • 1 tsp fresh minced ginger
  • 1 tsp ground allspice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • Shredded coconut for rolling, optional

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor.
  2. Mix until blended and smooth, a dough ball will form.
  3. Wet hands and roll into balls.
  4. If using coconut roll balls into coconut layer.
  5. Refrigerate and enjoy.
