Flourless Brownies

Ingredients

  • • 1 can 15ozs no-salt-added organic black beans, drained and rinsed
  • • 3 eggs
  • • 1/3 cup Ghee
  • • ¼ cup Cocoa powder
  • • 1/8 tsp salt
  • • 2 tsp vanilla
  • • ½ cup + 2 TBSP Coconut sugar
  • • ½ cup Carob chocolate chips
  • • 1 scoop No Whey
  • Filling
  • • 8oz cream cheese/greek yogurt
  • • 1 tsp liquid vanilla cream stevia
  • • 1 scoop No Whey

Directions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. 2. Place the black beans, eggs, melted butter, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla extract and sugar in the bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth. Remove the blade and gently stir in the chocolate chips.
  3. 3. Filling –beat butter cream cheese/greek yogurt, protein powder and stevia with a hand mixer until smooth.
  4. 4. Place 1 TBSP of the filling in each brownie and cut in with a knife.
  5. 5. Transfer mixture to the prepared pan. Bake the brownies for 30 to 35 minutes or until just set in the center. Cool before serving.
