Fiber Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • .5 cup pea protein powder
  • .25 cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp. Psyllium husk
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 3/4 tsp. liquid stevia
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp. cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp. water

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl
  2. Add water until you get the right dough-like consistency
  3. Roll your mixture into 10 balls
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before enjoying.
