Dr. Picone's Summer Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cubed rotisserie chicken
  • ¼ cup silvered almonds
  • 3 TBSP green onion
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt/mayo mixture
  • 1 11oz. can of mandarin oranges
  • 3 cups cubed cantaloupe for serving or 2 halves of cantaloupe

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Serve in or with cantaloupe.
  3. Enjoy!
