Cinnamon Vanilla Protein Balls
- 1 TBSP ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup No Whey (pea protein powder)
- 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 3/4 cup of gluten free quick oats
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with hands.
- Roll into 1 inch balls.
- Roll into additional protein powder, cinnamon or almond meal (optional).
