Berry Oat Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 TBSP chia seeds
  • ¼ cup gluten free rolled oats
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop No Whey
  • Optional: 1 tsp stevia for added sweetness

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and let sit for 5-10 minutes so the oats and chia seeds can soak. Blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately or freeze.
  3. Enjoy.
